On their latest tour, Cory Wong and his band members returned to Nashville, Tennessee. The show was opened by Nashville local Scott Mulvahill. Singer-songwriter Mulvahill wowed the audience with his smooth voice and impressive bass playing. Mulvahill’s music is a blend of inspirational pop and jazz with occasional Christian influences. After completing his set, Mulvahill thanked the audience and turned the stage to Wong and his bandmates.
Wong and his band ran to the stage sporting their striped tee shirts and athletic wear. He started strong and amazed the already adoring audience with his impeccable technique and stage presence. His undeniable talent was matched by each member of the band. Wong’s charisma engaged the audience, resulting in an incredibly enthusiastic crowd. Wong not only played, but also presented a wide range of jokes, stories, and tips for the audience. To close the show, Wong brought Mulhalvill back to the stage for a harmonica solo. The closer was a huge hit with the audience.
The audience loved every moment of the set, jamming the whole night. His immense amounts of talent surpassed everyone’s expectations. Audience members left the show motivated and excited for the future of Wong’s music, leaving them wanting more.
