Sea Girls brought on stage everything they had for their last show on The Hometown Tour 2022 in Alexandra Palace on December 1st. You could not feel what went down there if you weren’t there, period. From the moment fans were coming in you could sense the anticipation.
Throughout the whole set the band blew away the crowd from one song to another and built it so perfectly in every song that ended in preparation for the next one.
The lights and the Ally Pally stage just added to the whole evening and helped capture the magic that was so real, in the moment of the performance and in between the songs.
Some of the songs from that night were: “Lonely,” “Sleeping With You,” and “Daisy Daisy.”
During “Sleeping with you” frontman Henry Camamile got down on his knees and every person in the crowd could clearly see the song meant a lot to him.
Henry talked with the crowd in between songs and I was really moved by one thing he said. He stated to the crowd that in a Sea Girls show everyone is safe and that it’s important to keep safe and to be aware of what’s happening so no one will get hurt.
There is definitely something about Sea Girls that is beautiful. They make sure their fans feel safe at their shows and you can see it’s truly important to them. I personally can’t wait to go and see another show of the great band called Sea Girls.
